This convention is designed to follow the National Young Adult League age guidelines, catering to those between 18 & 35 years of age. PACKAGE REGISTRATION NOW AVAILABLE Package Includes: --T-Shirt --Entrance into Thursday “***” Night Party --Spiritual Discussion --Entrance into Friday Night Sit Down Dinner and the entrance into following the “***” Party --Entrance into "Meal & Movie" --Entrance into Formal Sunday Night Event (Dinner and Early morning Breakfast Buffet included) --Bussing to & from Sunday Night Event --Monday BBQ Poolside --Pool Parties & Relay Races by the pool & on the Beach --Ability to play Volleyball & Basketball --Attend Greek Dancing Workshops ***Party Themes will soon be announced!! *Without having purchased a registration package, you will not be able to participate in the Basketball tournament or be able to play Beach Volleyball!! You can download the 2008 YAL Memorial Day Weekend Event Convention Registration Form, fill it out, attach your check, and mail to: Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church YAL 409 S. Old Coachman Rd Clearwater , FL 33765 Make check payable to: "Holy Trinity YAL". Each individual's package MUST be purchased using its OWN check, with the participants name on the memo line. (DO NOT WRITE ONE CHECK FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES) Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat Package Registration Begins February 27th for $165 **Feb 27 - April 30: $165 ..(Must be postmarked by April 30th, or the additional $60 will be due when you check-in at registration during the convention weekend.) **After the April 30th deadline, packages may ONLY be purchased at WalkUp Registration for $225 !!!!!!!(A la carte pricing will NO longer be an option for attendance at any of the convention events.) !!!!!!!!!Requests for package refunds MUST be submitted to ClearwaterYAL@yahoo.com by midnight on 5/10, or postmarked by 5/10 in order to be processed. There will be NO refunds on packages purchased @ walk-up registration. Registration check-in: Registration Check-In will be held from 5pm-12am on Thursday May 22nd, 11am-1pm &6pm-12am Friday May 23, and again Saturday May 24th from 12pm-3pm. This is where you will pick up your package with your T-Shirt, wristband, schedule of events, etc. included. YOU MUST SHOW YOUR VALID PHOTO ID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AND YOU MUST KEEP YOUR ID ON YOU AT ALL TIMES FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT!! BASKETBALL PLAYERS : If you are participating in the Basketball Tournament, the captain needs attach a team-fee check for $225, and mail it to the address above, send in a list of all team members names with the check, and each Basketball player must purchase an individual package to be eligible to play in the tournament. (If this information is not received by April 30th, your team will not be eligible to play in the Basketball Tournament!!) VOLLEYBALL: Volleyball is Coed and there is no fee to play (as long as you have purchased the Registration Package.)  If you know your team, please indicate the team captain on your package registration form. If you are unsure about your team or unsure if you wish to play, you can wait and sign up at the Registration Check-In Thursday, May 22 & Friday, May 23. Only 10 positions available on each team.
